Case No. LV-2025-PR-000217 NOTICE OF HEARING THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED: You are notified that on December 23, 2025, a Petition has been filed in this Court by ALAN KOWALEWSKI, the brother of WILLIAM SCOTT KOWALEWSKI, deceased, who owns a ½ interest in the following described real estate.
