BAILEY, deceased Case No. LV-2025-PR-000021 NOTICE OF HEARING THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED: You are notified that a petition has been filed in this Court by Michelle Willrich, duly appointed, qualified and acting Personal Representative and Administrator of the Estate of Edna D. Bailey, deceased, requesting that Petitioner's acts be approved; account be settled and allowed; the Court find the allowances requested for attorneys' fees and expenses are reasonable and should be allowed; the costs be determined and that the Court find that the administrative expenses incurred by the Petitioner in her duties of Personal Representative and Administrator exceed the value of the estate assets, and that the remaining assets be assigned to the Petitioner as reimbursement for said expenses, including real estate situated in Leavenworth County, Kansas at 1300 4th Avenue in Leavenworth, KS; the administration of the Estate be closed; upon the filing of receipts the Petitioner be finally discharged as the Personal Representative and Administrator of the Estate of Edna D. Bailey, deceased, and the Petitioner and any surety on Petitioner's bond be released from further liability. You are required to file your written defenses to the petition on or before the 8th day of August 2025 at 8:30 a.m., in the District Court, in Leavenworth County, Kansas, at which time and place the cause will be heard. Should you fail to file your written defenses, judgement and decree will be entered in due course upon the petition.
