You are notified that a Petition has been filed in the District Court of Leavenworth County, Kansas, praying to foreclose a real estate mortgage on the following described real estate: A tract of land commencing at the Northeast corner of the Budd Tract of the Gist Survey, thence East 75 feet to a point; thence South 296 feet to a point; thence West 75 feet to a point; thence north 296 feet to the place of beginning, lying partly in the Bruner Tract of the Gist Survey and partly in the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 8, Range 22, all in Leavenworth County, Kansas. AND A part of the Budd Tract of the Gist Survey beginning at the Northeast corner of the Budd Tract of the Gist Survey running thence West along the North line of the Budd Tract 10 feet; thence South on a line parallel with the East line of the Budd Tract 297 feet; thence East on a line parallel with the North line of the Budd Tract 10 feet; thence North on the East line of the Budd Tract 297 feet to the point of beginning, all in Leavenworth County, Kansas More accurately described as: A tract of land commencing at the Northeast corner of the Budd Tract of the Gist Survey, thence East 75 feet to a point; thence South 296 feet to a point; thence West 75 feet to a point; thence north 296 feet to the place of beginning, lying partly in the Bruner Tract of the Gist Survey and partly in the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 8, Range 22, all in Leavenworth County, Kansas. AND A part of the Budd Tract of the Gist Survey described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Budd Tract of the Gist Survey running thence West along the North line of the Budd Tract 10 feet; thence South on a line parallel with the East line of the Budd Tract 297 feet; thence East on a line parallel with the North line of the Budd Tract 10 feet; thence North on the East line of the Budd Tract 297 feet to the point of beginning, all in Leavenworth County, Kansas, commonly known as 1503 Kiowa St, Leavenworth, KS 66048 (the "Property") and all those defendants who have not otherwise been served are required to plead to the Petition on or before the December 23, 2025, in the District Court of Leavenworth County, Kansas. If you fail to plead, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
