Case No. LV-2025-PR-000145 NOTICE OF HEARING The State Of Kansas To All Persons Concerned: You are notified that on AUGUST 25, 2025 a Petition was filed in this Court by DALE DERRELL , the son of one of the heirs of JOHN HENRY DERRELL, deceased, who owns a 1/3 interest in the below described real estate. Petitioner has an interest due to his oral agreement with two of the heirs regarding ownership of this real estate and hereinafter requesting: Descent be determined of the following described real estate situated in Leavenworth County, Kansas: Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Four (4), Township Nine (9), Range Twenty-one (21) and a ten (10) acre tract more or less lying in the Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) of the Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) of Section Four (4), Township Nine (9), Range Twenty-one (21), more particularly described be metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) of the Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) of said Section, Range and Township, thence South 323.75 feet; thence East approximately 1,320 feet to said North and South center line of said Quarter Section; thence North 326.38 feet; thence in a Westerly direction approximately 1,320 feet to the place of beginning, all of such real estate is located ion Leavenworth Conty, Kansas And that such property owned by the decedent at the time of death be assigned pursuant to [the laws of intestate succession].
