Director of Human Resources The Department of Human Resources is a strategic business partner to all agency programs. It supports employees in achieving DCCCA’s mission to improve lives. The Director of Human Resources must understand the agency’s mission and goals and execute initiatives and activities that support those goals. The Director of Human Resources will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and members of the Human Resources department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of DCCCA’s recruiting, staffing, organizational development, performance management, training, compensation, and benefits administration.
